Q: How do I register for an account?
Visit (website address) and click “Register.” Complete the sign-up form and upload one of the following: a beauty-industry course certificate/diploma or your business license. Our team will review your submission and, if approved, activate your account within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once your account is approved and ready to use. After that, simply log in with the username and password you created to explore products and place orders online.
Q: Can I use a P.O. Box as my address?
At this time, no. We ship orders via courier, and couriers typically can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. Our minimum order requirements are:

Q: What if I’m not located in Canada?
We currently ship throughout North and South America. If you’re located in Europe, please reach out to us directly and we’ll help you with options and availability.
Q: Can I add items to my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is submitted, it’s automatically sent to our processing team and can’t be changed. Please double-check your cart before checking out to make sure everything is correct.
Q: Does SCIBeauty offer training?
Yes! SCIBeauty offers training for those who want to deepen their knowledge and get hands-on with our products. Our courses are designed to build industry insight, sharpen techniques, and introduce you to today’s most in-demand beauty treatments.

Q: What is the status of my order?
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your package ships, we’ll send a second email with your expected delivery date and a tracking link (when tracking is available for the selected shipping method).
You can also check your order anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” section.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “My Account” in the top-right corner of our website. Under the login section, select “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts. We’ll email you a link to reset your password so you can regain access to your account.
Q: I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24–48 hours of delivery. Email (insert email address) and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
